Beginners' Standing Sequence - Duration: 19 minutes

Stand with bare feet in the middle of the long end of your mat, facing the computer screen.

The focus is on connection with the earth through our feet, and working leg and core muscles while maintaining fluid breath movement. It will introduce you to some of the standing yoga poses/asana and the principle of combining body, breath and mind.
