HEALTH RELATED EXERCISE FOR MIND AND BODY
My classes are based on evidence and 'best practice'. I enjoy teaching, providing not only instructions but information on how to improve and optimise your technique.
Online yoga classes are mostly suited to mixed abilities, but if best suited to beginners or advanced yogis then this is always stated. Categorised according to the class content style, they are available at a time to suit you. During lockdown a new session is added every weekday, so there is a growing library from which to choose. Select a new session or repeat your favourites. You will need your own mat, and it sometimes useful to also have a block or cushion available.
Face-to-face classes are tailored to meet your needs. I enjoy adapting the content to include each and every individual. And most importantly they are fun!
Due to COVID-19 I am unable to provide equipment. Please bring everything you will need to enjoy your class.
All classes must be booked in advance. £7 per 45-60 minutes session.
Please wear clothing suitable for the activity (loose clothing/leggings, layers that can be removed as you get warm, clean trainers for fitness classes, bare feet for yoga).
