Q. How do I book into a face-to-face class?
A. Go to 'Bookings' (see button at top of each page), select the type of class and then the date. Booking for each class opens 14 days in advance. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
Q. The face-to-face class I'd like to attend is full. Can you help?
A. There is a Waiting List facility for up to 3 people which you may choose to use. You will then be notified if a space becomes available.
Q. How do I cancel my booking for a face-to-face class?
A. On the Wix app go to 'My Bookings', click on the class you wish to cancel. If you cancel more than 2 hours prior to the class you will receive a refund less £0.35 Wix booking fee, if less that 2 hours prior to the class then you will receive a refund only if your space is filled. Cancelling it yourself sends an automated message to anyone on the Waiting List.
Q. How do I transfer my booking for a face-to-face class to another class?
A. On the Wix app go to 'My Bookings', click on the class you wish to transfer from and then select the class you would like to attend within the next fortnight.
Q. What are your accepted payment methods?
A. Payment is by credit/debit card at the point of purchase.
Q. There seems to be a fault and I'm having difficulties booking. What should I do?
A. Refresh your browser and try again. If using the Wix app check the app is updated then log out and back in. Still having difficulties? Get in touch (see Contact) with a screenshot of the issue together with details of the booking you are trying to make.
Q. I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
A. When signing in, request to reset your password. A link will be sent to your email to enable this.
Q. How do I access the online library of classes?
A. Go to 'Membership' (see button at top of each page), and follow the instructions to join the 'Community'.
Q. How much does it cost to be a member and access the online library?
A. Choose from recurring monthly, one week or 3-month for full access to 250 sessions of varying length, with a new class added every Monday.
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Go to Subscriptions in your Wix account. Click the Show More icon next to the relevant plan. Click Cancel Plan. Click Cancel Now in the pop-up to confirm. Note: This does not cancel your plan immediately, rather your plan simply does not renew at the end of the subscription period. If that doesn't work for you, get in touch (see Contact) to arrange cancellation. Choose whether you would like to cancel straight away or before your next monthly payment.
Q. I can't seem to access the online library, can you help?
A. Have you subscribed? If yes, check you are you using the correct email address and password. If that doesn't help then try using a different device. If you can access the site from a different device then clearing cookies. If that still doesn't work then please get in touch (see Contact).
Q. How can I leave a review/provide feedback about an online video?
